Marketing and Content intern can make an impact:
We are looking to employ a paid intern who possesses advanced knowledge and training in library
science to catalogue and annotate our substantial and growing body of desk research. This person will
be responsible for collecting, cataloguing, and annotating completed desk research from teams across
the organization, and for supporting the Behavioral Science Team in establishing academic subscriptions
as needed by the organization. We expect our intern to be up to date with Zotero, with digital library
science and strategies, and with the principles and strategies associated with academic librarianship.
They should be organized, able to work in a fast-moving, complex organization with a focus on
establishing a well-organized, effective library system, and be able to work collaboratively while making
recommendations for library organization and resources.

Apply your strong digital library science skills to the organization and cataloguing of a growing
body of information using Zotero.
Identify and interact with external subscription academic information resources; prepare analysis
of costs and resources associated with different publicly available sources.
Collaborate closely with a team of Behavioral Scientists to extend existing organizational
processes for documenting literature reviews.
Work cross-functionally to collect and catalogue evidence base for completed desk research
reviews.

Compensation
This role is a paid , full-time internship, scheduled for 6-12 weeks with strong preference for being
located in Austin, Los Angeles, or Pittsburgh. Compensation will be discussed with the
candidate.
